The backslider in heart will be filled with the fruit of his ways, and a
good man will be filled with the fruit of his ways.

HOLY GOD,
Praise you in the heavens, and praise you on the earth.
I rest in the knowledge that you are guiding me.
Do not let me backslide and lose the progress I have gained in my
sanctification. It is hard-won progress.
I have applied the disciplines to my life and come very far in my
pursuit of you.
Do not let my flesh sabotage me!
It is a ceaseless hunter trying to destroy me from within.
Let me be fruitful! Let me be joyful!
Empower me to labor in ways that cultivate the fields you have given
me.
Come, Lord Jesus, come.
Amen.
